What to do if you have a complaint

We know sometimes things can go wrong. If you wish to make a complaint about our products or service you have received, we have a free internal dispute resolution procedure, which you can access by calling the company manager ph. 09 8202484 / 0800 744227

If your complaint remains unresolved you can refer the complaint to our dispute resolution scheme.
